Instant Pakora Mix (Pakora batter mix)

390

An Instant pakora mix powder that you can pre-mix and keep. It is prepared with 3 types of flour and some essential seasoning. The best homemade pakora mix than store-bought packets.

You have to try-it to believe it!

How to use: Combine all the dry ingredients in a clean air tight jar, use as & when required by mixing it with water. Store at room temperature.

I utilize this recipe as a foundation; it isn’t overly spicy, making it suitable for both kids and adults. Feel free to get creative by incorporating your preferred spices when preparing the pakoras, like green chillies, onions, potatoes, spinach, kasuri methi, sliced boiled eggs, stuffed chilies, and more. Prepare a batch of dry Pakora mix, then use the base to craft whatever suits your current cravings.

Alternatively, keep this mix pre-made for an easy and fun activity, allowing your kids to create their own delicious treats.

Ideal for Ramadan, Iftar’s, holiday trips or sending back with kids to college/uni.
