📝 Special Imli Chutney for Fish and BBQ’s 

    • Handful of Coriander and Mint leaves
    • 1 medium Onion
    •  2 medium Tomatoes
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1 inch ginger piece
    • 3 green chilies
    • 3 dried red chilies
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Sugar 
    • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala 
    • 1/2 tsp Zeera powder
    • 20g fresh Imli diluted in water and sieved (approx. 1/2 cup tamarind pulp)

👩‍🍳Instructions:

    • Prepare the Imli Chutney
      Wash and cut all the ingredients into small pieces. Blend all the ingredients into a blender along with the imli pulp and well combined.  

    • Combine
      Taste and adjust—this chutney should be a perfect balance of tangy and sweet with a mild kick.
    • Serve
      Best served fresh. Serve as a side with fish, rice, grilled meats, or sow over wraps/sandwiches.
