Instructions
Transfer the chickpeas and reserve some liquid to a food processor (the water will help it to pulse easier)
In a food processor, add the chickpeas and pulse into a course paste
Combine the rest of the ingredients in the food processor
Add ice cold water and pulse into a paste until you reach the desired consistency.
Empty the contents into your serving dish, and swirl your spoon to form peak ridges.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top
Garnish with extra toppings (mainly the same ones used in the mixture, like chickpea's, avocado's, lemon juice, salt & pepper).
Serve with toasted pitta bread, veggie sticks or bread sticks
Enjoy as a dip or side snack
