Coriander and mint chutney also known as “Green chutney” is a flavorful condiment made with fresh mint & coriander.
A must have for all Indian savories’
Coriander and Mint chutney is one of the most basic chutney that is eaten with all kinds of Indian snacks, chaats & sandwiches etc.
A popular chutney to have with Indian appetizers and snacks. Many adaptations of this recipe are around; nevertheless, this is the basic one and one of my most asked-for recipes. I make large quantities and freeze the remaining in small takeaway tubs. Whenever I need some, I defrost it; consequently, I have chutney ready to eat in a jiffy. This saves time and is perfect for any unplanned visitors.
The unique aroma of the green chutney is absolutely amazing & elevates the taste & flavor of any snack.
