With this clever recipe, enjoy wings in every flavor you like – enjoy unglazed or try these honey sriracha glazed chicken wings recipe
What’s your favourite flavor in wings ?
These are made the healthy way in an air fryer to get them super crispy. Making wings in an Air-fryer has become so much safer it’s even easier for teens and elderly grown-ups to use (no more burns from the oven and supervising).
This chicken wings coating mix used in this recipe is so versatile. I always keep some ready-to-hand in my pantry cupboard (you never know when you need it).
This clever chicken wing coating, adding the sauce after cooking the wings, is sure to become a favorite. After perfectly cooking the wings, you can customize them with various sauces like Buffalo Sauce, BBQ sauce, or even a dry rub, ensuring everyone’s satisfaction.
In this recipe, I used Sriracha sauce and honey which makes them sweet, spicy and more importantly finger licking delicious. Trust me, you won’t be able to stop eating them.
❗❗A few tips on making this:❗❗
1) The coating mix can be prepared in advance and stored in an airtight container or zip lock bag for upto 3 months as long as it’s kept away from moisture, but trust me, it will finish by then 🙂
2) Only use as much as you need – add 1 tbsp of coating mix at a time.
3) These wings can be air-fried in advance and kept in the fridge until the next day. Just heat up before adding your sauce.
4) As a substitute to the coating mix, you can coat the wings in potato starch.
