Spicing Things Up With Mobeen’s Famous Chutney! I’ve named this chutney after the famous restaurant “Mobeen” as I use to love their yogurt chutney. We always asked for this chutney when we bought a keema or potato samosa as it would spice things up and was totally divine š a regular treat from my mum when doing our weekly shop from Green Street in East London UK.
This is my version and how i generally make it at home. It can be adapted according to preference. Letās get cooking!

āļø Tips
-
Can i prepare this in advance: Yes this can be prepared in advance but if adding tomatoes, i suggest to add the tomatoes to the prepared yogurt mixture just before serving and give it a good mix.Ā The tomatoes will release its own juices so you dont want yogurt mixture to becomes thinner,Ā it also preserves the shelf life a little longer if the tomatoes are not amixed into the mixture.Ā Ā

Which yogurt works best with this recipe: i like to use a thick creamier yogurt base like greek yogurt for this dip.
- Fridge: Keeps for 1week. For longer shelf life, refrigerate without tomatoes and use a clean spoon each time.
š How to Use / Serving Suggestions
